Through premier wine installations, we are dedicated to cultivating an appreciation of diversity in the Wine & Spirits Industry. Guests will have the opportunity to experience Black-Owned Wine & Spirits, curated food vendors, live entertainment, installations, and more.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A VENDOR?
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BECOME AN APPROVED VENDOR BEFORE PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
* All items must be complete to become a Philly Black Wine Fest Onsite Vendor.
Read the Vendor Overview below and Booth Requirements carefully.
- If approved, you will receive an approval email and can proceed to payment
- If NOT approved you will receive an explanation via email
- We welcome vendors who provide premium quality handmade or unique, creative products preferably made by artisans and makers. We reserve the right to accept or deny any vendor.
- We suggest you secure your space early as we only accept a limited number of vendors.

Vendors are required to acknowledge they have thoroughly read the Vendor Info Letter and Booth Requirements for Philly Black Wine Fest Onsite Vendors and agree to comply with all the terms.
We consider each vendor application for the Philly Black Wine Festival. We want to grow this festival as a community and develop ideas and concepts directly from the vendors and the festival.

Being a vendor at the Philly Black Wine Festival gives you direct access to consumers that are interested in your products. The festival allows our vendors to engage directly with consumers, market their brand across multiple platforms, and educate the consumer on products of interest.
