JOIN THE TEAM
There are a variety of volunteer roles available to be involved in the festival, including festival operations, Experience Staff, Festival Support Team, and General Ambassadors for wayfinding and guest relations.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A VOLUNTEER?
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BECOME AN APPROVED VOLUNTEER YOU MUST ATTEND AN INFORMATION SESSION.
You must be 21 years of age or older to volunteer for the festival.
Volunteer attire is based on the event. Depending upon the event (seated dinners, brunch, etc. will require long pants and long-sleeved collared shirts).
All volunteers are not allowed to drink any alcoholic beverages while volunteering, will be required to wear closed-toe shoes and must sign a waiver of liability.
BENEFITS OF BEING INVOLVED
Being a VOLUNTEER at the Philly Black Wine Festival gives you direct access to consumers that are interested in your products. The festival allows our vendors to engage directly with consumers, market their brand across multiple platforms, and educate the consumer on products of interest.

Complimentary Ticket to enjoy the event in which they are volunteering after their shift ends, depending upon the number of volunteer hours a volunteer can commit.
